Every piece of clothing at Ochre is stitched with the highest of standards.  The textiles used in our collection are handwoven. Manual irregularities and fading of natural dyes are not defects. A slight fading is the property of natural dye and the beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Indian Tradition and Handmade processes are prone to unevenness giving it a unique characteristic.


If the package you have received is not as expected, in bad condition, or if the package has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

To be eligible for a return, your ordered outfit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 15 days.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue a credit note for the value that can be redeemed with the next purchase. This credit note cannot be redeemed in cash. You may place an order on our website or connect with us on our email for assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable):


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on writetoochre@gmail.com or call us on +918160701908. It must also be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 15 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
